Hello little fish~ thanks for asking me questions about kidney diease.
Based on what I know, Fluid intake should be high, as tolerated (2 quarts/day),
Tea, coffee, wine, and beer are acceptable,
but apple or grapefruit juices should be limited.
High intake of Calcium seems to decrease risk of kidney stones.,
Calcium intake should be more than 1000mg/day,
good sources include milk, yogurt, broccoli, cheese.
Reduced in oxalates is often needed, Oxalates are found in spinach, strawberries,
rhubarb, beets, nuts, chocolate.
Balanced diets containing moderate amounts of either beef or
plant protein (legumes, seeds, nuts, and grains) are effective in
reducing kidney stone risk.
Hopefully it's helpful for you!!
